Lebe mitten im pulsierenden Herz vib Friedrichshain der mit seiner lebhaften Atmosphäre und den zahlreichen Cafés & Bars besticht. Unsere Wohnung ist sonnendurchflutet und bietet dir ein großzügiges, helles Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen.
Ich selber bin 32, berufstätig und suche einen Mitbewohner, der ebenfalls im Arbeitsleben steht und seinen geregelten Alltag hat, aber auch offen dafür ist gerne mal etwas zu unternehmen. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir mehr als nur einen Wohnraum teilen - ein offener, respektvoller Umgang ist mir besonders wichtig.
Es würde zusätzlich einmalig die Kaution anfallen die wir uns aber teilen werden. Ansonsten steht gerade noch im Raum ob die Küche von den Vormietern übernommen wird, den Betrag würden wir uns ggf. dann auch teilen.
Wenn wir uns gut verstehen und alles Prima ist, können wir nach den 6 Monaten schauen ob du weiter in der Wohnung wohnen bleiben möchtest :)
Ein WG-Casting findet am Wochenende vom 17.05.-19.05. statt, mehr Details gibt es dann wenn ich dich einlade.

I’m 32, working and looking for someone who is also working and has a regular daily life, but is also open to doing something from time to time. It’s important to me that we share more than just a living space - open, respectful interaction is particularly important to me.
There would be an additional one-off deposit which we will share. Otherwise, there is still the question of whether the kitchen will be taken over by the previous tenants, we would then possibly also share the amount.
If we get on well and everything is fine, we can see if you would like to stay in the apartment after the 6 months :)
A WG casting will take place on the weekend of 17.05.-19.05., more details will be given when I invite you.
