Hallo zusammen,
ich werde im kommenden Wintersemester vom 01.09.24 bis 28.02.25 in München meine Masterarbeit bei einem Unternehmen schreiben. Da ich in Berlin studiere, suche ich jemanden aus München, der im oben genannten Zeitraum vielleicht ein Praktikum oder Ähnliches in Berlin machen möchte und sein/ihr WG-Zimmer in München mit mir tauschen möchte:)
Erstmal zu mir und meiner WG (Fotos angehängt):
Hi, ich bin Gregor, 25 Jahre alt und studiere seit 2019 irgendwas mit Chemie in Berlin. Ich wohne seit 3 Jahren in einer tollen 4er Wg mit meinen drei Mitbewohnerinnen in Berlin-Friedrichshain (Karl-Marx-Allee 59). Unsere WG liegt im 8ten Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine U-Bahn Station (U5), mit welcher man sehr schnell zum Alexanderplatz oder in den Kiez nach Friedrichshain kommt. Mein Zimmer selbst hat 18 qm und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick nach Norden (sehr ruhig, nicht zur Straße gelegen) über das Stadtgebiet. Unsere WG ist sehr freundschaftlich; wir gehen häufig zusammen feiern oder in Bars und du wärst zu selbigen natürlich immer gerne eingeladen:) Neben dem Studium gehe ich gerne Tanzen oder die Möglichkeiten des Berliner Nachtlebens auskosten. Zuhause bin ich eher ein ruhiger Charakter und brauche auch mal meinen Rückzugsort.
Nun zu dir:
Du solltest idealerweise zwischen 20 und 28 Jahre alt und ein weltoffener und respektvoller Mensch sein (und ein WG-Zimmer in München haben o_O). Unsere WG ist wirklich sehr entspannt, aber für Intoleranz oder ignorantes Verhalten haben wir keinen Platz. Es gibt einen Putzplan und unter der Woche sollte es abends schon ruhiger zugehen; ansonsten geht es aber sehr entspannt bei uns zu:)
Was ich in München suche:
Ich suche ein WG-Zimmer bis 900€/Monat mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Es wäre toll, wenn das Zimmer ruhig gelegen wäre und nicht zu einer stark befahrenen Straße schauen würde. Ich würde mich freuen, mit der WG auch ab und zu etwas zu unternehmen und nicht nur nebeneinander zu leben:)

Since I am studying in Berlin, I am looking for someone from Munich who might want to do an internship or similar in Berlin in the period mentioned above and would like to exchange your shared apartment in Munich with mine in Berlin:)
First to me and my flat share (photos attached):
Hi, I am Gregor, 25 years old and have been studying something with chemistry in Berlin since 2019. I have been living in a great 4-series flat with my three roommates in Berlin-Friedrichshain (Karl-Marx-Allee 59) for 3 years. Our flat share is on the 8th floor of a listed house. Right on the doorstep is a subway station (U5), with which you can get to Alexanderplatz or to the neighborhood in Friedrichshain very quickly. My room itself has 18 sqm and has a fantastic view to the north (very quiet, not located to the street) across the urban area. Our flat share is very friendly; We often go out together and you would of course always be invited to it :) In addition to my studies, I like to go to dance or enjoy the possibilities of Berlin's nightlife. At home I am more of a quiet character and sometimes need my retreat.
Now to you:
Ideally, you should be between 20 and 28 years old and a cosmopolitan and respectful person (and have a shared apartment in Munich o_o). Our flat share is really very relaxed, but we have no place for intolerance or ignorant behavior. There is a cleaning plan and during the week it should be quieter in the evening; Otherwise it is very relaxed with us :)
What I am looking for in Munich:
I'm looking for a shared apartment up to 900 €/month with a good connection to public transport. It would be great if the room were quiet and would not look at a busy street. I would be happy to do something with your flatmates from time to time and not just live side by side :)
