Es handelt sich um ein schönes Altbauzimmer (hohe Decken). Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus und die Fenster zeigen zum Hinterhof, somit ist es immer ruhig. Sehr großer „Gemeinschaftsraum“ (offene Küche und Esszimmer).
In der ganzen Wohnung ist ein schöner, alter Holzboden verlegt und ist ca. 84 m2 groß. Wir haben einen kleinen Abstellraum und Keller.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne und ein freistehendes Waschbecken.

Very nice room in the heart of Friedrichshain. The flat is "very quiet" because it's in the rear building. There is an big "community" room (kitchen and living room). The kitchen is fully equipped. Wooden floor in the whole flat (84 m2). Flat includes a side closet and basement.
The room is not furnished.
Jeweils 5 Minuten Fussweg zu REWE, EDEKA, LIDL, NETTO, KAISERS, BIO-Supermarkt, Post.
Verkehrsanbindung: 5 Minuten Fussweg zur U5 (Samariterstr) und M10 (Frankfurter Tor). Simon-Dach-Kiez ist auch 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, da Hinterhaus. :)

The apartment is quiet despite being very close to plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs.
Ich bin IT-Manager und hin und wieder beruflich unterwegs, zusätzlich ist Reisen (privat) meine große Leidenschaft, von daher bin ich öfters mal nicht da. Ich mache gerne Sport, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt und ich meinen inneren Schweinehund überwinden kann.:-) Fahrradfahren ist zur Zeit mein liebstes Hobby. Bin oft sehr aktiv (Freunde, Sport, Veranstaltungen, Ausgehen, Überstunden, etc. etc.), kann aber auch gerne Abends faul vorm TV gammeln.
Die Chemie macht's. Komm doch mal vorbei und lass uns persönlich kennenlernen. Dann können wir auch unsere Vorstellungen & Erwartungen abgleichen bezüglich: Sauberkeit vs. tolerierte Unordnung, gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten vs. persönliche Freiräume, was ist Meins, Deins, Unser?, Hausregeln, etc. etc.

Hi, I’m looking for a new roommate for a shared apartment, as the current one is moving in together with his girl friend.
I’m an IT manager who travels occasionally for business & leisure, especially the latter as it’s a passion of mine. With this, I will periodically be away at times giving you some private time.
Outside of my passion for traveling, I’m a very active, outgoing, and social person (ie. friends, sports, events, extra hours at work, etc.). That’s if I have the time and able to successfully fight my inner couch potato 🙂 that loves to relax in front of the TV.
It's all about the chemistry. So why don’t you drop by in person so we can get to know each other. We will align our expectations at this time when it comes to cleaning, shopping, common interests, personal space, property, house rules, etc.
