wir sind ein Paar mit Baby. :)
Wir suchen eine(n) Katzenliebhaber*in (gerne auch ein Pärchen) zwischen 25 und 45J. alt zur befristeten Untermiete. Vermietet wird ein möbliertes WG-Zimmer, das eigentlich aus zwei Zimmern besteht: ein großes helles und gemütliches Zimmer (ca. 25m² mit großer Sitzecke und daran anschließend ein kleines Schlafzimmer (ca. 8m²). Die beiden Zimmer sind zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen.
Küche und Bad werden geteilt.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
Du/ihr würdest mit zwei lieben Miezen zusammenleben. Sie freuen sich über Spiel- und Kuscheleinheiten. Um Füttern und Katzenklo sauber machen müsstest du/ihr euch während unseres Weihnachtsurlaubs (22.-28.12.) kümmern.

we are a couple with a baby. :)
We are looking for someone, age 25 to 45, for a short-term sublet.
You would have a big private living room (25m²) and a small bed room (8m²) to yourself. It's deal for a couple. Both rooms are located to the quiet backyard.
Kitchen and Bathroom are shared.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
You would live with two lovely cats. They are always happy about cuddles and play sessions. While we will be away for Christmas holidays (22.-28.12.), you would have to feed them and clean their litter boxes.
Die Wohnung liegt im Nordkiez, eine eher punkige Ecke in Friedrichshain. In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Frankfurter Allee, der Samariterkiez mit vielen Bars und Restaurants ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Wohnung. Super Anbindung mit der M10 und U5 ab Frankfurter Tor, in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der schöne Volkspark Friedrichshain ist auch relativ nahe.
The flat is located in Friedrichshain Nordkiez, a more punky area, 10 walking minutes from Samariterkiez with many bars and restaurants. Grocery stores and Spätis around our street. 5 minutes to walk to tram (M10) and tube (U5) station Frankfurter Tor. A nice park (Volkspark Friedrichshain) is also relatively close.
Wir (Sabine, Psychologin) und mein Mann (Ferdinand, Osteopath) sind nett und aufgeschlossen (natürlich :). Wir leben zusammen mit unserem kleinen Sohn und mögen es ansonsten eher ruhig. Meine zwei Katzen gehören ganz selbstverständlich dazu. Wir suchen eine(n) Mitbewohner*in, die/der wirklich Lust auf ein Zusammenleben mit Katzen hat, einschließlich Füttern, Spielen und auch mal Katzenklo sauber machen, wenn wir z.B. auf Reisen oder übers Wochenende mal nicht da sind.
