das Zimmer hat ca 13qm, ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch.
Der Boden ist mit Dielen in retro Ost-Ochsenblut- Farbe ausgelegt.
Das Fenster ist zur Südseite und somit den ganzen Tag hell... wenn die Sonne scheint ; )
Es gibt eine Küche und ein Badezimmer, was wir uns zu zweit teilen.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer befristet und an Frauen.

the room has about 13qm, is furnished with bed, closet and desk.
The floor is coloured in retro east berlin style
The window is to the south side and so the room is bright all day ... when the sun is shining ; )
There is a kitchen and a bathroom, which we share for two.
I rent the room temporarily and to women.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig in der Nähe vom Boxhagener Platz mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Bioladen und Kiosk. Bäcker und Supermärkte sind ebnefalls in der Nähe. S- und U- Bahn Ostkreuz, Warschauerstraße und Samariterstraße sind zu Fuß oder bequem mit Bus und Tram in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is centrally located, but quiet near Boxhagener Platz with many bars, restaurants and shops.
Right outside the door there is a health food store and kiosk. Bakers and supermarkets are nearby. S-Bahn and subway Ostkreuz, Warschauerstraße and Samariterstraße can be reached on foot or comfortably by bus and tram within a few minutes.
Ich arbeite freiberuflich und bin meistens unterwegs. Doch beim Kochen trifft man mich auch für ein Gespräch in der Küche an. Dabei wird vegetarisch bzw vegan gekocht. Fleischfreie- Zone! Allerdings kann in der Küche geraucht werden.
Ich freue mich auf eine freundliche und eher ruhige Mitbewohnerin.

Ich suche ab dem 1.Juli bis ca Mitte September eine Zwischenmieterin. Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten muss das Zimmer frei sein, doch das genaue Auszugsdatum können wir nochmal besprechen. Es ist ein bisschen flexibel.
