I am looking for a new female flatmate (older than 25!) who want to stay long term ;-)
If you are interestet please write me a mail with your Telephon number and let me know when you want to move in and for how long you want to stay. The room is free from 1.3.24 and we are looking for someone LONG TERM! Minimum 1,5 Years to open end. And tell me something about yourself (What are you doing? What do you like? What is your profession and what are you working and so on).
The rent of 638€ includes all.
Its a big room with a balcony. The room (18qm) itself is furnished with a doublebed and mattress, a wardrobe, a shelf, a chair and a table.
I am a flatmates that like to share freetime, cook and eat together.
The whole flat is fully furnished. You dont need to buy anything. The Kitchen with washing machine, dish washer oven and refrigeratorand. The Bathroom with bathtub. The room is fully furnished (Bed, Couch, Table, armchairs, wardrobe).
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain. It's a very exciting district of Berlin. The apartment is close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn Station. A tram stop is directly in front of the house. In 15minutes you´ll be at Alexanderplatz.
The area around has many parks and nature areas, as well as trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, boutique shops, supermarkets, art supply stores, art galleries and museums.

ich suche ab 1.3.24 eine neue Mitbewohnerin (ab 25!)für ein helles WG- Zimmer mit Balkon.
Ich suche jemanden der das Zimmer für eine längere Zeit mietet (mind. 1,5 Jahre nach oben hin offen). Also unbefristet.
Wenn du Interessiert bist schreib mir doch bitte eine Mail mit ein paar Informationen über dich (wer du bist, was du gelernt hast, arbeitest und gern magst usw.) sowie für wie lange du das Zimmer mieten möchtest. Und deine Telefonnummer bräuchte ich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, 18qm groß, hat ein Doppelbett (140x 200) inkl.Matratze, ein Regal, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stuhl. Es kostet 638€ alles inklusive.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Friedrichshain. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Küche, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühle, Waschmaschine usw. Zu Fuß zur Sbahn Warschauer Straße sind es nur 5 Minuten. Keine Zweck- WG und ich suche jemanden für längerfristig.
