Hallo Leute!
Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer wird befristet von 01.04.2024 bis 31.08.2023 Untergemietet. Anmeldung ist möglich.
Das Zimmer ist groß (ca. 20m2) und wir unmöbliert vermietet. Es liegt auf der Hofseite (Süd Orientierung), also ist es sehr ruhig und hell. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (104 m2) und wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten (sehr cool!), in dem wir am meisten die Zeit verbringen. Es gibt auch ein Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein Abstellraum in der Wohnung und einen Keller.

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a new flatmate. The room will be sublet for a limited period of time 01.04.2024-31.08.2024. Anmeldung is possible.
The room is big (about 20m2) and is unfurnished, it faces the backyard and has south orientation, so it is really quiet and also sunny. The flat is very big (104 m2), there is a huge living room and a Wintergarten (very cool!) where we spend most of the time. There is also a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and two storage rooms, one in the apartment and one in the basement.

Unai (30) ist ein selsbtändiger Tänzer und Barista. Er mag Kunst (besondes darstellende Kunst), Musik, Essen und ab und zu ins Club gehen. Er ist eher aktiv aber genießt auch gechillt Pläne . Jordi (32) ist Architekt und genieß auch Kunst Ausstellungen, Musik, Kino und queer Clubs. Er lernt auch gerne Sprachen und hat ein sehr aktives Leben, er trainiert 4 Mal pro Woche.
Wir sind beide Spanier, Schwul, sehr sozial und kommunikativ und wir suchen jemand, der unkompliziert und LGTBQ-freundlich aber auch verantwortlich ist und der nicht nur ein Platz sucht, sondern ein Zuhause. Jeder hat sein einiges Leben aber wir essen gerne oder trinken gerne ab und zu im Wintergarten zusammen ;)
Wir sind eine umweltfreundliche WG; wir trennen den Müll, kochen Bio und kaufen Second-Hand. Es wäre cool, wenn du auch das gleiche Lifestyle hast. Wir denken auch, dass Kommunikation sehr wichtig ist, um ein angenehmes Zusammenleben zu haben.

Unai (30) is a freelance Dancer and barista. He likes art (mostly scenic arts), music, food and also clubbing from time to time. He is active person but also enjoy chill plans. Jordi (32) is an Architect and he also enjoys art exhibitions, music and queer clubs. He also loves to learn new languages and has a very active life, working out 4 times a week.
We are both from Spain, gay, social and communicative and we are looking for somebody who is chilled and LGTBQ-friendly, but still responsible and who is not looking only for a place to stay but a home to live. Everybody has their own life but it comes the moment to share a meal or a beer in the winter garden ;)
We are an environmental-friendly shared flat, we separate our trash, cook bio and buy second hand. It would be cool if you share this same lifestyle. We also think that communication is very important in order to have a nice living together :)
