I am renting a room in my beloved apt for the months of December, January and February.
The room is spacious, bright and furnished. It was originally my kid's room, so it it has a cactus wall paper and a small kids mezaninne, but it is now totally adapted for an adult. You have a cabinet for your clothes and it has a double mattress, a big sofa and a work desk. The apt has a nice and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a cosy bath tub, and an elevator. It is in a quiet corner next to a little square, but just minutes walk to 3 supermarkets, farmacies, banks, post, restaurants... well warschauerstrasse, with everything you ll need. Though right now all you need is a comfortable home ;) and you would have that!
Connection is M10, S-U Warschauerstrasse
I live with a good friend, which is a great flatmate, he keeps it clean and tidy and is great company!
I will come sometimes, maybe in December for xmas, and stay in my room (next to the one I am renting).
The room is available from December on and for sure until end of Feb, with a possibility (but not sure) of one or two months extension. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
