Unsere Bude hat insgesamt fast 150qm, 5,5 Zimmer - vollständig mit Möbeln ausgestattet - Flure, Wohnstube und Wohnküche, 2 Bäder (2 Duschen, 1e Wanne) uuuhund GemeinschaftsTerrasse 😍

Die Wohnküche haben wir kürzlich erst ganz fleißig umgebaut... is eeecht schön geworden! 😍

Die herrliche Terrasse, die uns zum zusammen sitzen einlädt 🍉☕🍵🌽🍇, sollten wir gemeinsam pflegen...

WENN du IRGENDETWAS einbringen oder ändern möchtest, lass uns bitte VORHER drüber reden..Wir entscheiden auch hier SozialSolidarisch✌✅🕊

Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch geschnitten, hat etwas mehr als 16 - 17 qm unten und oben nochmal so ca. 10 bis 12 qm. jap... es gibt 2 Ebenen! Oben ist mehr die Schlafhöhle oder Chillecke - niedrige Deckenhöhe.

Bei Änderungswünschen im Zimmer finden wir sicher ne jute Vereinbarung, lass uns drüber sprechen❣
👉 aktive Eigenleistung nötig... denn aktuell sind schon einige Möbel im Keller... und der Keller ist nach 10 Jahren in dieser WG (+ 7 in der vorherigen Whg.)... voll!

🙏1 Person/Zimmer, Paare usw brauchen also 2 Zimmer ✌️

Unsere Waschmaschine wohnt im eigenen Raum - mietfrei - dafür fröhnt sie glücklich ihrer Lebensaufgabe ^.^

Dadurch sind wir gleich Alle glücklicher...

Der Soli - ca. 5 bis 10 EUR/Monat:
👉obligatorisch
👉 solidarische Gemeinschaftsentscheidung
vlt wechselt man sich beim Kaufen auch einfach ab.., das entscheidet die Gemeinschaft, mit dir zusammen - ja, auch sozialsolidarisch...

(Keine Diskussion über den Soli itself als totale Abschaffungsdiskussion bitte.)

Er soll beinhalten:
Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier, Wasserfilter Bürokram und wozu wir uns noch gemeinsam entscheiden... Krams, der nicht 5mal in der Bude stehn brauch... oder nur absolute Basics... du entscheidest mit 🧘 👍 (🌞soziSoli...)

Alles so ökologisch und nachhaltig wie uns möglich &/ mind. BIO ... (Sollte wieder gewünscht sein, dass ich des übernehme: Ich recherchiere uU Tage oder Wochen und telefonier rum, um dieser Philo zu entsprechen. Das is manchmal janz schön vülle Arbeit..)

Die 5 - 10 € sind also 'n Schnäppchen und dies Geld und den Service kriegste, bzw. die große Arbeit sparste dir ja völlig... klar ... sozialsolidarische Mithilfe erwünscht bis notwendig, da ich nen Teil des Jahres janich hier bin..🧳🧳🧹

Der PutziBär 🧑‍🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - kommt einmal die Woche, was leider keinen vom wöchentlich wechselnden Putzdienst befreit, außer du bezahlst es ihm noch extra ... das entscheidest du ganz allein und diesmal nicht wir sozialsolidarisch xD

Die Spülmaschine - evtl kaputt; ist zu prüfen...
Wir werden jetzt unsere SpüMa reparieren oder eine neue SpüMa anschaffen, das entscheidet sich dann... jap sozialsolidarisch.. daher hab ich da ganz frech 100 €/Person Abstand rein geschrieben - im Zweifel lieber zu viel, als zu wenig.



AUCH ehemalige Mietausfälle und die vielen Tausende EUR Investitionen zahlen sich nun über die erhöhte Miete endlich zurück ... nicht perfekt und doch wichtig..

Nur noch hinzu kommen einmalig 200 € Schlüsselpfand, wegen nem übertriebenen Sicherheitsschloss hier. Die bekommste natürlich bei Rückgabe der Originalschlüssel zurück.

Zum Umfeld...
Unsere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich. Das Ringcenter ist fußläufig zu erreichen, BioCompany in 10 Radminuten, mehrere kleine feine BioLäden sind auch in 10 Radminuten erreichbar..

In our room for short term registration (Anmeldung) is NOT possible! In the long term this is not a problem...

Our home has a total of almost 150sqm, 5,5 rooms - fully equipped with furniture - hallways, living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 tub) ahaan communal terrace 😍

We recently renovated the kitchen very diligently... it turned out really nice! 😍

The beautiful terrace, which invites us to sit together 🍉☕🍵🌽🍇, we should cultivate together...

The room is almost square, has a little more than 16 - 17 sqm downstairs and again about 10 to 12 sqm upstairs. yap... there are 2 levels! Upstairs is more the sleeping cave or chilly spot - low ceiling height.

If you want to change the room, we will certainly find a good agreement, let's talk about it❣
👉 Your activity needed... because there is already some furniture in the cellar... and after 10 years in this flat (+ 7 in the previous flat) the cellar is full!

🙏1 person/room, couples etc need 2 rooms ✌️

Our washing machine lives in its own room - rent-free - but it happily indulges in its life's work ^.^

It makes us all happier.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Soli - about 5 to 10 EUR/month:

maybe we just take turns buying.., that's what the community decides, together with you - yes, also in social solidarity...

(No discussion of the soli itself as a total abolition discussion please.)

It should include:
Cleaning products, toilet paper, water filter, Office stuff and what else we decide to do together... Stuff, which doesn't need to stand 5 times in the rooms... or just absolute basics... you decide with us 🧘 👍 (🌞soziSoli...)

Everything as ecologically and sustainably as possible &/ at least BIO ... (Should it be wished that I take over this again: I do research for days or weeks and call around to correspond to this Philo. Sometimes that's really a lot of work..)

5 - 10 € are so a bargain and this service is incl., clear ... social solidarity help desired to necessary, because I'm a part of the year not around..

Der PutziBär (cleaner) 🧑‍🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - comes once a week, which unfortunately does not exempt from the weekly changing cleaning duty, unless you pay him extra ... you decide all alone and this time not in social solidarity xD

The dishwasher - possibly broken; is to be checked...
We will now repair our SpüMa or buy a new one, which then decides... yep social solidarity.. so I have there quite cheekily written 100 €/person - in doubt better too much, than too little.

Even former rent losses and the many thousands of EUR investments are now finally paying back through the increased rent ... not perfect and yet important.

Only one 200 € key deposit, because of a exaggerated security lock here. This returns to you of course in exchange of the original keys.

The environment - shopping possibilities are plentiful.
The Ringcenter is within walking distance, BioCompany in 10 minutes by bike, several small fine organic shops are also in 10 minutes by bike..

Little "test"... which word seems to be the most common here and defines the most of our flat-share dynamics?
