Du wirst in ein helles, ruhiges Zimmer einziehen, dass die Grösse von rund 11 m2 hat. Auf Wunsch und nach Absprache kannst du auch ein paar der Möbel von der Vormieterin übernehmen. Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es noch drei weitere Zimmer, die Küche und das Bad. Die Küche ist gross, hat einen Essbereich und einen Gasherd.
You will move into a bright, quiet room that is about 11 m2 big. If you wish, you can also take over some of the furniture from the previous tenant. In addition to your room there are three other rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is large, has a dining area and a gas stove
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und mit U-Bahn (Weberwiese) oder Tram (Platz der vereinten Nationen) in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich unsere WG. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Tee-Shop, Späti) sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is centrally located and can be reached by U-Bahn (Weberwiese) or tram (Platz der vereinten Nationen) in only 5 minutes. Our WG is located on the 3rd floor of a multiple house. Shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, Tee-Shop, Späti) are only a few minutes away.
Wir sind Gui (35), Maria (23) und Urtzi (25). Wir geniessen einen harmonischen Umgang miteinander, doch unsere Zeitpläne sind meistens so verschieden, dass wir kaum gemeinsame Aktivitäten haben. Trotzdem gibt es auch bei uns hin und wieder mal eine Party oder ein BBQ im nah gelegenen Park. Wir suchen jemanden, der Rücksicht auf die Wohnung und das Gemeinschaftsleben nimmt. Zudem solltest du natürlich verantwortungsbewusst und ordentlich sein.
Wir sprechen alle ein wenig Deutsch, jedoch sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch, Spanisch oder Französisch miteinander.
We are Gui (35), Maria (23) and Urtzi (25). We enjoy a harmonious interaction with each other, but our schedules are so different that we hardly have any common activities. Nevertheless from time to time we have a party or a BBQ in the nearby park. We are looking for someone who is considerate of the apartment and the community life. And of course you should be responsible and tidy.
We all speak a little German, but we mainly speak English, Spanish or French together.
Erreicht uns am besten tagsüber. Wir haben in der Woche vom 03. Juni an folgenden Tagen Besichtigungen: Montag (Abends), Dienstag, Donnerstag.
