Das Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet, hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden und ich werde dir ausreichend Platz für deine persönlichen Gegenstände freiräumen. Das gelbe Ding in der Ecke ist übrigens ein stilechter Kachelofen.
Bitte beachte die befristete Mietdauer vom 1.4. - 29.6.22. Geringe Abweichungen sind natürlich möglich.

Welcome to the furnished old building room of this beautiful 2-person shared apartment! You have direct access to the sunny balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning and have a drink with your friends in the evening. The room is fully furnished, has a beautiful plank floor and I will clear enough space for your personal belongings. By the way, the yellow thing in the corner is a berlin typical tile stove.
Please note the limited rental period from 1.4. - 29.6.22. Small deviations are possible.
Friedrichshain hat eine unheimliche dichte an netten Kneipen, Bars und wirklichen guten Restaurants. Der Boxi (Boxhagener Platz) ist in 5 min fußläufg erreichbar. Dort gibt es Samstag einen herrlichen Markt und Sonntags einen der schönsten Flohmärkte Berlins. Nachtleben, Parks und die Eastside Gallery ist alle easy von hier erreichbar.
Friedrichshain has an incredible density of nice pubs, bars and awesome restaurants. The Boxi (Boxhagener Platz) is within 5 min walking distance. There is a wonderful market on Saturdays and one of the most beautiful flea markets in Berlin on Sundays. Nightlife, parks and the Eastside Gallery is all easy to reach from here.
Du wohnst mit My, die als politische Journalistin arbeitet und sich bestens in Berlin auskennt. Ihr werdet es sicherlich schön miteinander haben.

Fotos von Bad und Küche auf Anfrage bzw. gerne im Videochat/bei Besichtigung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat zusätzlich eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine schöne Badewanne.
750€ Kaution dienen uns beiden als Sicherheit falls irgendwas kaputt gehen sollte. Ich werde wie erwähnt ausreichend Platz für deine persönlichen Gegenstände schaffen, aber alle Möbel hier lassen, sodass du direkt einziehen kannst.
