I'm renting out my room for 10 days since I'm on vacation- kinda like Airbnb.
The 200€ is for the full time period of 21.-31.07 but if you'd like to stay for a shorter period of time I would obviously charge less money!
The room is a private room that comes with keys so that you can also lock your room if you want. I'll provide fresh bed sheets and towels.
The Apartement is nice and big and located in the lively neighborhood of Friedrichshain with lots of cafés and bars close nearby.
You'd share the apartment with my 3 welcoming flatmates who are occupied with work during the week.
Of course you can use the bright and spacious kitchen for cooking.
All kind of stores are close nearby, for example Rewe, Rossmann and dm.
Tram- stop M10: right in front of the door
U- Bahnhof Frankfurter Tor: 5min walk
S- Bahnhof Warschauer Straße: 9min walk
