DIE WOHNUNG & DAS HAUS
- Die Wohnung ist eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung
- Gemeinsam haben wir eine große Wohnküche mit neuer Einbauküche
- Im Keller haben wir ein eigenes Abteil
- Im gesamten Haus ist es ruhig und die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr angenehm
DAS ZIMMER
- Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß (2.80m hohe Wände) und zeigt in den Innenhof
- Es ist sehr hell, da ein großes Fenster vorhanden ist
- Es sind alte Original-Holzdielen verlegt
- Außerdem hast du dein eigenes Badezimmer inkl. Dusche
- Waschmaschine wird in meinem Bad benutzt
- Es ist möbiliert mit ausreichend Stauraum
GEMEINSAMES WOHNEN
Mir ist die Wohnung als Privatraum sehr wichtig und da ich bereits mit einigen Personen zusammen leben durfte, liegen mir folgende Aspekte besonders am Herzen:
- Mind. 4 Tage/Woche bist du außer Haus und gehst deiner Arbeit nach
- Du bist keine Nachteule und nimmst Rücksicht auf den Schlafrhythmus anderer
- Du bist sauber und ordentlich und hast Respekt gegenüber meinem Eigentum
- Absolute Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere
UNTERLAGEN
- Versicherungsnachweis private Haftpflicht
- Ausweiskopie beidseitig

For rent is a room in a beautiful 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of an old building in Berlin-Friedrichshain (temporary, furnished).
THE APARTMENT & THE BUILDING
- The apartment has 3 rooms
- We share a spacious kitchen-living room with a new fitted kitchen
- In the basement, we have our own storage unit
- The entire building is quiet, and the community is very pleasant
THE ROOM
- The room is 11 sqm in size (2.80m high walls) and faces the courtyard
- It is very bright with a large window
- Original wooden floorboards are laid
- You have your own bathroom with a shower
- Washing machine is used in my bathroom
- Furnished with ample storage space
SHARED LIVING
Maintaining the apartment as a private space is crucial to me, and having lived with several people, the following aspects are particularly important:
- You are away from home at least 4 days a week, pursuing your work
- You are not a night owl and considerate of others' sleep rhythms
- You are clean and orderly, showing respect for my property
- Absolutely non-smoker and no pets
DOCUMENTS

- Copy of ID card (both sides)
