Ich untermiete mein Zimmer mit Balkon für einen Monat, da ich vom 28. Feb bis 31. März in den Urlaub fliege. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, so dass bei Bedarf 2 Personen können auch unterbringen. Du wirst die WG mit einem anderen Kerl teilen (er hat sein eigenes Zimmer).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im belebten Stadtteil Friedrichshain (Nähe Frankfurter Tor). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Tram und U Bahn) sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U Bahn bringt dich innerhalb von 20 Minuten direkt zum Hbf.
Die WG ist mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Staubsauger, zahlreiches Geschirr, usw. Das Internet ist mit einer Downloadgeschwindigkeit von ca. 250 Mbps sehr gut. Für weitere Fragen können Sie sich mit mir in Verbindung setzen. Online Besichtigung ist auch möglich.

I am subletting my room with a balcony for a month since I am going on a vacation from 28th of Feb until 31st of March. The room is pretty big, so if needed, 2 people can accommodate as well. You will be sharing the WG with another guy (he has his own room).
The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Friedrichshain (near Frankfurter Tor). Public transports (Tram and U Bahn) are just 4 mins walk away. U Bahn can take you directly to Hbf within 20 minutes.
The WG is equipped with all the basic amenities like refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, numerous dishes, etc. The internet is strong, with around 250 Mbps of downloading speed. For more questions, you can get in touch with me. Online viewing is possible, too.
