Hi, so with a very heavy heart I am leaving my WG to move in with my partner, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the whole month of June, before a friend of theirs moves in long term.
We are a close WG, but all working at the moment so not too crazy in the week, but tend to do things together on the weekend, be that cooking or going out together. We are all a similar age (around 27) and currently 1 male (me), 3 female housemates, also everyone in the WG (apart from me) is both English and German speaking.
The flat it's self is based on Frankfurter Allee, right next to the U5 and Ring Bahn (also close to the ring centre) and on the 7th floor (fortunately we have an elevator).
We have 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with a projector & separate balcony and a terrace :)
My monthly rent with utilities is 450€ so would just be looking for someone to cover this.
