Hey,
Ich bin Robin, 30 Jahre alt und suche ab dem 01.06.2024 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner:in für eine 2er-WG. Erst befristet auf zwei Jahre, dann mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Ich habe in Leipzig Schauspiel studiert und habe vor zwei Jahren eine Filmproduktion gegründet und bin seitdem auch als Produzent tätig. Mein langjähriger Mitbewohner und Freund zieht zum 01.05.2024 aus und nun suche ich eine passende Nachfolge.
Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Erfahrungen und Eindrücke in WGs gesammelt. Habe anfangs Geschichte und Slawistik studiert, bevor ich an die Hochschule für Musik und Theater nach Leipzig gewechselt bin. Ich habe Theater in Köln, Kaiserslautern und Aachen gespielt, habe ein paar Sachen fürs Fernsehen und Radio gemacht, noch dazu Produktion studiert und bin vor ein paar Jahren zurück in meine Heimatstadt, sogar in meinen beheimateten Bezirk gezogen.
Ich interessiere mich für Kunst, Kultur, Geschichten und Film, für eine/n Mitbewohner:in mit der / dem man sich gut austauschen und vielleicht auch immer mal wieder etwas unternehmen kann: Zum Beispiel Film- oder Spiele-Abende, Museums-Besuche oder eine Bar bzw. Club.
Ich koche regelmäßig und gesund und versuche ein, zweimal die Woche Sport zu machen. Abends sitze ich gerne nach dem Essen zusammen, nehme mir aber auch immer mal wieder Zeit für mich selbst. Sonst bin ich ziemlich in meiner Arbeit eingespannt und schätze auch die Ruhe.
Ich habe mehrjährige WG-Erfahrung, achte sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung und lege Wert auf eine schöne Einrichtung. Ich habe einen Beamer, ein paar Vintage-Möbel und einen Plattenspieler.
Das vermietete Zimmer ist unmöbliert und befristet auf zwei Jahre, es gibt aber eine Option auf Verlängerung. Die ganze Wohnung hat wunderschönes Parkett, liegt direkt an einer Bushaltestelle, hat gegenüber einen Späti und unter sich einen tollen Blumenladen. Es gibt schnelles WLAN, einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum und hängende Kunst. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle sowie ausreichend Geschirr.
Wenn ihr glaubt, dass das etwas für Euch sein könnte, dann kommt sehr gern auf ein Kennenlernen vorbei.

I'm Robin, 30 years old and I'm looking for a new flatmate for a 2-bed flat share from 01.06.2024. First limited to two years, then with an option to extend.
I studied acting in Leipzig and founded a film production company two years ago and have been working as a producer ever since. My longtime roommate and friend is moving out on 01.05.2024 and now I am looking for a suitable successor.
I have already gained many different experiences and impressions in shared flats. I initially studied history and Slavic studies before transferring to the University of Music and Theater in Leipzig. I've performed in theaters in Cologne, Kaiserslautern and Aachen, done a few things for TV and radio, also studied production and moved back to my hometown a few years ago, even to my home district.
I'm interested in art, culture, stories and movies, and I'm looking for a roommate with whom I can exchange ideas and maybe do something from time to time: For example, movie or game nights, museum visits or a bar or club.
I cook regularly and healthily and try to exercise once or twice a week. In the evenings, I like to sit together after dinner, but I also take time for myself every now and then. Otherwise I'm pretty busy with my work and also appreciate the peace and quiet.
I have several years of experience in shared flats, pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and tidiness and value beautiful furnishings. I have a projector, some vintage furniture and a phonograph.
The rented room is unfurnished and limited to two years, but there is an option to extend. The whole apartment has beautiful parquet flooring, is right next to a bus stop, has a Späti opposite and a great flower store below. There is fast WiFi, a small common room and hanging art. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, blender, microwave and plenty of crockery.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 1 Gehminute zu einer Bushaltestelle, von der 4 Busse abfahren. Man ist in 10 Minuten am S und U-Bahnhof Rathaus Steglitz. 2 Minuten von der Wohnung gibt es den wundervollen Stadtpark Steglitz mit seinen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und idyllischen Teichen.

The apartment is a 1-minute walk to a bus stop from which 4 buses depart. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Rathaus Steglitz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. 2 minutes from the apartment is the wonderful Stadtpark Steglitz with its leisure facilities and idyllic ponds.
