Während ich im Urlaub bin, würde ich gerne spontan mein fast 30 qm großes WG-Zimmer untervermieten. Von dem Zimmer geht sogar ein privater Balkon ab (mein Mitbewohner hat seinen eigenen).
While I'm on holiday I would like to rent out my almost 30 qm big room in a shared flat. My room also has a private balcony (my flatmate has his own).
Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 8 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Osloer Str. entfernt, wo sowohl die U9 und die U8 fährt. Ansonsten ist eine Tram-Station nur 5 min entfernt - mit der kommst du zum S-Bahnhof Bornholmer Str. oder in die andere Richtung zum Plötzensee, wo man an heißen Tagen herrlich schwimmen kann.
The apartment is located about 8 minutes away from the U-bahn station Osloer Str. where both the U9 and U8 run. A tram station is only 5 min away - which gets you to the S-Bahn station Bornholmer Str. or in the other direction to Plötzensee where you can go for a swim on a hot summer day!
Du würdest in der Zeit mit David, 33, zusammenleben, der aktuell seinen Master in Psychoanalyse beendet. Ihm wäre es wichtig, dass es zuhause entspannt zugeht, nicht zu viel Trubel ist und du dich am wöchentlichen Putzen beteiligst - auch, wenn du nur zwei Wochen da wärst :)
You would share the flat with David, 33, who currently finishes his master's degree in psychoanalysis. It would be important for him that things are relaxed at home, that there is not too much hustle and bustle, and that you participate in the weekly cleaning - even if you are only there for two weeks :)
Es wäre super, wenn du vor Mietbeginn kurz Zeit hättest, dich mit David bekanntzumachen - ein (Video)Call wäre dafür völlig ausreichend!
David would like to meet you before you would move on - so it would be great if you would be available for a short (video)call!
