I am renting out my room for 1 1/2 months! It‘ll have all the furniture you‘ll need and is ready to be moved into.
It‘s quite a small room with a lot of sunlight from midday till sunset. It has a bed, a sofa, a clothing rack and a desk. My stuff would be cleared out so you could store your things.
U Pankstr. is 4 Minutes by foot, Gesundbrunnen about 13. Osloer Str. Is about 10 Minutes away as well. Generally the area is quite nice with a lot of cool parks around, so if you like a little Spazierganz this will be amazing for you!
In the WG we are 3 people, all of us open minded and concious of our own space - love to chat as well :) We also have a cat. Her name is Tulip and it wont be your responsibility to take care of her. But she for sure would love to hang out from time to time.
Our apartment has a huge living room, which is amazing! We have a balcony to the southside as well wich has an amazing view.
I do habe quite a lot of plants and it would be amazing if you could take care of them. They dojt need much but some water would be nice :)
