Nach Prenzlauer Berg ist es nicht weit, zur BHT (Berliner Hochschule für Technik) ebenfalls. Nächste Tram-Station (50, M13) ca. 150m, nächster S-Bahnhof (S1, S2, S25, S8) ca. 400 m, nächster U-Bahnhof (U8) ca. 600m bzw. (U8/U9) ca. 800m.
Mietanteil: Kaltmiete 320,00 + Nebenkosten 130,00 pro Monat (incl. Strom und Internet).
