Das Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und ist trotz seiner 11qm relativ geräumig (auch da der Kleiderschrank im Flur steht). Aus dem großen Fenster ist der Hof zu sehen, also insgesamt eine ruhige Atmosphäre.

The room is at the back of the flat and is relatively spacious despite its 11 square metres (also because the wardrobe is in the hallway). The courtyard can be seen from the large window, so room and apartment are rather quiet.
Drei Minuten bis zur Tram, fünf bis zum Bus und rund zehn bis zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen mit S und U-Bahn Anbindung oder auch der U-Haltestelle Pankstraße.
In direkter Nähe gibt es zweimal Lidl einmal Rewe und dm. Ansonsten auch noch das große Gesundbrunnen-Center wo wirklich alles für den Alltag zu finden ist.

Three minutes to the tram, five to the bus and around ten to Gesundbrunnen station with S-Bahn and U-Bahn connections or to the Pankstraße U-Bahn stop.
There are two Lidl supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, one Rewe and dm. There is also the large Gesundbrunnen-centre where you can find everything you need for everyday life.
Ich habe vier nette und hilfsbereite Mitbewohner*innen und die Küche ist unser Treffpunkt für ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder auch nur einen kleines Gespräch nach einem langen Arbeitstag.

I have four nice and helpful flatmates and the kitchen is our meeting point for a planned dinner, a drink or just a chat after a long day at work.
Das Zimmer steht für den März 2024 zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung, da der jetzige Untermieter eine unbefristetes Zimmer in Berlin gefunden hat und ich erst im April nach Berlin zurückkehre.
Keinen Bock auf Sexismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus und jedwede weitere Diskriminierungsform.
