Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
wir suchen von Mitte April bis Mitte Juni eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere schöne WG im Gesundbrunnen. Das Zimmer ist 19m2 groß und wird möbiliert vermietet (perfekt für Praktika oder um erst mal in Berlin anzukommen). In der Wohnung ist auch alles enthalten, was man so braucht, Parks wie der Humboldthain oder der Mauerpark sind fußläufig in der in paar Minuten erreichbar, um den Frühling in Berlin am besten genießen zu können! Aber ich würde vorschlagen, schau es dir am besten einfach selbst an :)

I offer a sublet of my room from mid April to mid June in our nice flat share in Gesundbrunnen. The size of room is 19m2, and it will be sublet fully furnished.
Close by are some nice parks like the Humbolthain or Mauerpark, which is especially in the spring nice to hang out.
Die Lage ist super praktisch. Der Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, U8, und Nord-Süd Bahn), sowie die Tram und der Bahnhof Bornholmer Str. sind fußläufig in 10 (oder sportlichen 5) Minuten erreichbar. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

The area is quite nice. The train station Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, U8 and north-south connection), as well as trams and the station Bornholmer Str. are reachable by foot in 10 mins (or 5 min it you walk very fast 😅).
Different shopping options and supermarkets are also close by.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber wir geben einander auch den nötigen Freiraum, den man braucht. Du würdest mit Henning (24) und Lukas (24) zusammen wohnen. Henning und Lukas studieren beide und spielen in ihrer Freizeit (sehr sehr) gerne Beach Volleyball. Die WG ist also sehr sportlich, aber keine Sorge, ich habe mich in den letzten Jahren erfolgreich gegen Volleyball gewehrt 😅

We are not a flatshare for the sole purpose of sharing rent, but we obviously give each other the space that‘s needed. You would live with Henning (24) and Lukas (24). Henning and Lukas both study and play in their free time beach volleyball.
Schreib am besten ein paar Sätze über dich, damit wir uns ein Bild machen können.
