Helles, kleines Zimmer. Nachmittagssonne, Blick auf einen großen Baum. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Straße. Weiße Wände, PVC-Boden.
Das sind jetzt wirklich alle Details zum Zimmer selbst, die mir einfallen. Sonstige Infos gerne auf Anfrage.
Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und ein Regal sind da. Sonst ist auch alles da in der Wohnung, was eine*r zum Leben so braucht.
Die U8 Station Voltastraße ist direkt vor der Tür. Mit der U8 kommt man zum Alex und nach Kreuzberg und Neukölln.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein Penny, der bis 22 Uhr offen hat. Kurz vorm Gesundbrunnen ist ein Kaufland, der bis 24 Uhr offen hat.
Ansonsten ist Kleinkrams drumrum: Ein Bäcker, türkischer Obstladen, eine Bar, eine Apotheke, Asia-Imbiss, Döner, etc., etc. 5 Minuten bis zum Mauerpark und Humboldthain.
Prägend für das WG-Leben sind folgende Dinge: Gemütliches Zusammenleben, etwas Chaos.
Um das genauer zu erklären: Wir hängen ab und zu zusammen rum, Rauchen in der Küche und im eigenen Zimmer ist okay.
In der Küche hocken, reden, eine rauchen (ggf.), was kochen, etc. gehört dazu.
Viele Dinge werden gemeinsam benutzt. An Ausstattung ist einiges da.
Computer - und Brettspiele und Magic werden auch gerne gespielt. Und wenn es möglich ist, geht man gemeinsam auf Konzerte oder Festivals oder schaut gemeinsam eine Serie an.
Und die WG ist eher für Spätaufsteher als für Frühaufsteher geeignet.
Zu dir: Wir wollen nicht ewig Casten, also überleg dir, ob du dazu passt.
Hier ist es manchmal etwas chaotisch, du solltest damit kein Problem haben (wobei das in letzter Zeit sich in Grenzen hält und es ist etwas ruhiger geworden ist😊. Manchmal gibt es auch längere Partys, bei denen alle dann mitmachen.

Very quickly in English: Our WG is a lot of fun. Once in a while we have parties friends from around the world (mostly ex-pats) celebrate here and now. Apart from that we are an open WG, like to chat, sit around in the kitchen, smoke (we try to keep the corridor, the bathrooms, and the non-smoker rooms smoke-free) and play some MTG or other board games.
Generally the WG is better suited for people, who don't have to wake up early.
