ich vermiete für 3 Monate ein Zimmer in Charlottenburg. ggf ist eine Verlängerung möglich. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und kann direkt bezogen werden.
Das Zimmer hat 20 m² und geht zu einer Seitenstraße des Kudamms raus. In der Wohnung gibt es eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche ein Bad mit WC und ein weiteres getrenntes WC. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen schönen Balkon, bei dem jedoch noch die Bepflanzung fehlt. Ich nutzte das Zimmer gerade als Arbeitszimmer, deswegen ist das Zimmer auf dem Bild leer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Kudamm ist eine sehr belebte Straße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind direkt erreichbar.
ich bin berufstätig habe aber die Option im Home-Office zu arbeiten, bin also dementsprechend ab und zu auch zum Arbeiten zu Hause. Es kann sein dass ich manchmal auf Geschäftsreise muss. Aber ich würde mich auf einen lockeren Umgang miteinander freuen.

The room has 20 m² and goes out to a side street of the Kudamm. In the apartment is a very spacious eat-in kitchen a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet. In addition, the apartment has a nice balcony, which, however, still lacks planting. I just used the room as a study, so the room is empty in the picture.
