I offer my loved room from 27. feb - 21. March. Attention as well: it’ s a connecting room. Means: you have a second floor in the room, which you can close with curtains. But my friend, who would live with you, would enter for entering the flat, bathroom or the kitchen. She super chilled, respectful and more a dayperson. She s also often outside. So enough space for bouth. It’s a comfi couch in the room and pretty quiet with a small shared yard #backhouse ;)
So if you’re fine with these conditions and a chilled person as well- we welcome you with open arms❣️
1-5 Min. to several grocery store
4 Minutes to the Ubahn Schönleinstr & Hermannplatz
2-10 Minutes to several nice càfes & restaurants or Admiralsbrücke
7 Minutes to the gym John Reed
You would live with my loved, respectful and social friend. She’s working most of the time in the homeoffice, is a dayperson and quite cool beside that;)
Cleaning: Please be a tidy person. It s a small flat and shared. Cleaning your stuff, means spreading love and respect to your roomie and me;) There s no cleaning schedule, but i apply to your common sense of cleanness.
I ll leave on monday early and come back on friday 16/17h. We find a solution with arriving and leaving. Closet-situation: i would of course make space for you. Though i live on the weekends in my room as well, my stuff would be around as well.
I don’t like the crazy roomie-castings.
