Das Zimmer ist groß (30qm) und wunderbar geschnitten, zudem schön hell.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert vermietet werden - Bett, Kommode, Lampen sind vorhanden.
Die Deckenhöhe ist knapp 4m, sodass man den Altbauflair täglich spüren kann.
Fussboden ist Echtholzparkett.

The room is large (30 sqm) and perfectly shapped, also nice and bright.
The room can be rented furnished - bed, chest of drawers, lamps would be available.
The ceiling height is almost 4m.
The floor is real wood parquet.
Die Wohnung ist direkt zwischen dem Gleisdreieck Park und dem Viktoria Park gelegen. Man braucht nur 10 Min zur Bergmannstr. Der nächstgelegene U-Bahn & S-Bahnhof ist Yorckstraße. Von dort aus fahren auch sämtliche Busse. Die Anbindung ist entsprechend gut. Restaurants befinden sich mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Tür. Kulinarisch kann man sich hier richtig austoben. Supermärkte (sogar ein Biomarkt) sind ebenfalls unweit von der Wohnung entfernt.

The flat is located directly between Gleisdreieck Park and Viktoria Park. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Bergmannstr. The nearest U-Bahn & S-Bahn station is Yorckstraße. A lot of buses leave from there. The connection is accordingly good. Restaurants are more or less right on the doorstep. You can really let off steam here in terms of culinary delights. Supermarkets (even an organic market) are also not far from the flat.
Wir sind ein Paar (36 & 43) und beide berufstätig. Da wir viel am Reisen sind, wäre die Wohnung die meiste Zeit der Woche leer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, daher vermieten wir ein Zimmer davon unter.
Als Gemeinschaftsräume gibt es ein Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche & natürlich ein Bad.
English version:
We are a couple (36 & 43) and we both work full-time. Since we are travelling a lot, the flat will be empty most of the week. The flat is very large, so we sublet one room of it.
As common rooms there is a living room and a spacious kitchen & of course a bathroom.
