The room is with 12 qm small but quit beatiful with stucco on the ceiling. The room has a big built in wardrobe with alot of space for your belongings. A study desk and a 140x200cm bed. Its a bright room with a big window that has a sun-blind. Since the room is on the lowest floor (floor 4) it is still Berlin Altbau with old floorboards and thick walls.
The flat has 125 qm over three floors. A big bathroom with a balcony on the lowest floor with a rain shower and a separate bathtube with whirlpool function. Which is really nice during the winter. In the middle floor, we have an open kitchen and the dining area with a balcony and a small guest bathroom and on the highest floor (floor 6) we have the living room with a couch, tv a balcony to the east and a rooftop terrace to the west with great view over the city.
The Apartment is in the calm area of Kreuzberg, right next to the Viktoriapark and the Gleisdreieckpark. There are many different supermarkets in the area. We have a lot of nice bars and restaurants close by. S-Bahn, U-Bahn are under 10 min. Away and the Bus is just a 50 m away. Eventhough its a busy area, finding a parking spot is normally not a problem.
I have a professional cleaner coming every two weeks. I like the flat clean and tidy and would hope that you consider this important as well. Since I am working a lot, I dont use the kitchen or the flat in general as mich as I would like but this also means you can really make the best of this nice and big apartment.
