Das Zimmer ist 23qm gross und voll mobliert. Drin steht ein Schreibtisch, ein Bett und ein kleiner Schrank. Du wirst außerdem dein eigenes Bad haben das dorelt gegenüber vom deinem Zimmer liegt. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind dann zur gemeinsamen Nutzung da :)
The room is 23sqm and fully furnished. There is a desk, a bed and a small closet. You will also have your own bathroom which is located opposite your room. Living room and kitchen are then for common use :)
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Kreuzberg Nähe des Prinzenbads. Man läuft nur 5 Minuten zum Landwerkkanal und ist in 20 Gehminuten (5 mit dem Rad) im schönen Gräfekiez oder auch im Bergmannkiez. Bus und Bahn sind auch in 2-5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wer Kunstinteressiert ist kommt hier auch auf seine Kosten: um die Ecke ist die Königsgalerie, die Konrad Fischer Galerie und die Berlinische Galerie.
The apartment is located in the middle of Kreuzberg near the Prinzenbad. One walks only 5 minutes to the Landwerkkanal and is in 20 minutes walking (5 by bike) in the beautiful Gräfekiez or also in the Bergmannkiez. Bus and train are also within 2-5 minutes walking distance. If you are interested in art, you will find the Königsgalerie, the Konrad Fischer Galerie and the Berlinische Galerie around the corner.
Da ich für 4 Wochen in Kapstadt sein werde, wirst du in dieser Zeit mit meinem Partner Lukas zusammenwohnen (36 Jahre, Sales Director Europe bei Centric Software). Er arbeitet komplett im Homeoffice und ist am Wochenende gerne unterwegs. Er hat natürlich auch sein eigenes Zimmer + Bad was bedeutet, dass ihr beide auch eure Privatsphäre habt :)
Mit uns wohnt Lupin, eine kleine französische Bulldogge (3 Jahre alt). Es wäre also super wenn du mit Hunden gut klar kommst.
As I will be in Cape Town for 4 weeks, you will be living with my partner Lukas (36 years, Sales Director Europe at Centric Software) during this time. He works completely in his home office and likes to go out on weekends. Of course he has his own room + bathroom which means that you both have your privacy as well :)
Living with us is Lupin, a small French Bulldog (3 years old). So it would be great if you are good with dogs.
