Renting a room in a perfectly located 3-room apartment in Kreuzberg, border to Neukölln (Gräfekiez and near the park Hasenheide) - at the U7/U8 (Hermannplatz/Schönleinstraße) or M41 - for three months, from now until the end of January.
The light-flooded two bedroom apartment is located in the garden house on the 4th floor, with a nice view towards Südstern (west) or into the green courtyard.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine and dryer, etc....
Your room is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200, comes with completely new matress, duvets, pillows and linen) and a well sized wardrobe.
As the apartment is currently used as a secondary residence, there will not always be someone there. Therefore, the spacious living room can be used by arrangement.
The apartment is located in the back building in a quiet one-way street and offers a quiet retreat.
In close vicinity are many restaurants, cafes, pubs, as well as the Hasenheide (park). The Landwehrkanal and the former airport Tempelhofer Feld are also within walking distance.
U7/U8 (Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße) or bus M41 are close by.
I currently use the apartment as a secondary home as I occasionally work in the city. This means I will not be there permanently and you should not expect joint activities etc.
