Ich suche eine(n) einzelne(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für die beiden großen Zimmer ( Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ) meines Mitbewohners in einer 2er-WG, direkt am U-Bahnhof Schönleinstraße, weil er vom 16. Dezember 2023 bis zum
2. Februar 2024 im Ausland ist.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. In den anderen 2 Zimmern wohne ich.
Die beiden Zimmer meines Mitbewohners haben zusammen 50 m² ( 30 m² Wohnzimmer und 20 m² Schlafzimmer ).
Die Miete ist 500 € pro Monat für beide Zimmer zusammen inklusive aller Nebenkosten und inklusive High Speed Internet, also 805 € für den gesamten Mietzeitraum von 49 Tagen.. Die Kaution beträgt 100 €.
I am looking for a single temporary tenant for the 2 big rooms ( living room 30 m² and bedroom 20 m² ) of my flatmate in a shared flat of 2, very close to subway station Schönleinstraße, because he will be out of town from December 16th 2023 until February 2nd 2024.
The flat has 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. I live in the other 2 rooms.
The size of the 2 rooms of my flatmate is together 50 m² ( 30 m² living room and 20 m² bedroom ).
The rent is 500 € per month for both rooms together including all costs and including high speed internet,
in total 805 € for the entire rental period of 49 days. The deposit is 100 €.
