the room is really spacious and you can either bring your own furniture or we organize a few things.
there will definetely be a bed, a desk and something to store your clothes in and we‘ll make sure to make it a bit more cozy than it looks on the picture.
the room is directed to the street, but the windows are good. the room is very bright.
the flat is located on the boarder between kreuzberg and mitte. next metro stations (7-10min) are u2 spittelmarkt and u6 kochstr., u8 moritzplatz is a 15 min walk or a 5 min bus ride. bus station for m29 and 248 is 2 min walk
we‘re 6 people so we have our „rules“ to organize co-living in such a big flat.
we have a cleaning schedule for quite a few things (cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, washing towels, taking out the trash, getting rid of the ~pfand~). it‘s important for us that you‘re up for taking these responsibilities. this is not really debatable for us, since this is how we organize things and we feel like this is the only way co-living with 6 people works properly for us.
we also do the shopping together, but this would be an option for you, not a must.
we‘re not a party wg! this is really everyone‘s space to recharge and feel home. most of us do enjoy going out still.
