Geräumiges Schlafzimmer (circa 25 qm) in einer traumhaften Altbauwohnung mitten in Kreuzberg.
Zwei Doppelfenster, hohe Decken und wunderschöner alter Dielenboden. Ggfs. teilmöbiliert (auf Wunsch).
Zusätzlich zu dem Schlafzimer gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Badezimmer mit geräumiger Badewanne/Dusche und eine Gästetoilette. Herzstück und Begegnungsraum der Wohnung ist die große Wohnküche(30+qm). Die Küche hat viel Arbeitsfläche und einen Gasherd und am großen Tisch kann man sehr gut mit vielen Freunden gemeinsam essen.
Die Wohnung hat einen klassischen Berliner Schnitt und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch einen Flur voneinander getrennt.

In addition to the bedroom, the apartment has a large bathroom with a spacious bathtub/shower and a guest toilet. The heart and meeting room of the apartment is the large eat-in kitchen (30+sqm). The kitchen has plenty of work space and a gas stove, and the large table is perfect for eating together with friends.
The apartment has a classic Berlin layout and the two bedrooms are separated by a hallway.

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Gräfestaße und somit in einem der schönsten und beliebesten Viertel von ganz Berlin. Optimal zwischen Hermannplatz und Kottbusser Tor gelegen, findet man hier in der Umgebung alles was man braucht, von Bars über Cafes, bezaubernde kleine Läden bis hin zu Supermärkten und Spätis.
Die Hasenheide (und damit auch das Tempelhofer Feld) ist in umittelbarere Fuß/Radfahrweite, und der Landwehrkanal in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen, man kann also wunderbar ins Grüne schlendern
The apartment is located directly on Gräfestaße and thus in one of the most beautiful and popular neighborhoods in all of Berlin. Ideally located between Hermannplatz and Kottbusser Tor, you will find everything you need in the neighborhood, from bars to cafes, charming little stores to supermarkets and late-night eateries.
The local park Hasenheide (and with it the Tempelhofer Feld- former airport field turned park) is within walking/cycling distance, and the Landwehrkanal (canal) is only a 5-minute walk away, so you can take a wonderful stroll

Ich suche eine Person, die berufstätig ist, aber vielleicht auch gerne mal Homeoffice macht. Ich wünsche mir keine reine Zweck WG, sondern eine Mitbewohnerin, die auch Lust darauf hat, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, z.B. Kochen, Filme schauen oder etwas zu unternehmen.
Ich habe derzeit aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ein etwas höheres Ruhebedürfnis als normalerweise, also wenn du dein zuhause auch überwiegend als Rückzugsort siehst, würden wir gut zusammen passen. Gleichzeitig bin ich aber auch sehr sozial und Besuch ist immer willkommen, die Küche ist wirklich perfekt für gemeinsames Brunchen oder Kochen :)
Du solltest auch Wert auf Sauberkeit und Teilnahme an der Organisation des Haushalts legen. Die 50 Euro im Monat sind für unsere wunderbare Reinigungskraft, die alle zwei Wochen kommt.
Da die Wohnung befristet ist, freue ich mich besonders über Expats, die gerade nach Berlin ziehen.
I am looking for someone who is employed but maybe also likes to work from home on occasion. I'm not looking for a purely functional flat share, but a roommate who also wants to spend time together, e.g. cooking, watching movies or going out together.
Due to some health reasons I currently have a higher need for rest than normal, so if you also see your home mainly as a peaceful place, we would be a good match. At the same time I am very social and visitors are always welcome, the kitchen is really perfect for brunches or cooking together :)
You should also value cleanliness and participation in the organization of the household. The 50 euros a month is for our wonderful cleaner who comes every two weeks.
As the apartment is temporary, I am particularly happy to welcome expats who are currently moving to Berlin.
