The room is quite spacious. I have recently got the walls painted of the whole place, so it's very clean and tidy. There is already a bed and a table from the last person who lived there but we can also get rid of it if you don't want it. Besides that let me know if you have any questions. The room is looking at the innenhof.
The place is located at Engelbecken and has a great view of the lake there. There are nearly all the supermarkets within walking distance like Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi and Rossman. Besides that it's about the same distance to U8 Stations Heinrich-heine, Moritzplatz and Kotbusser tor, which also has U3&U1 there. And finally the M29, which travels a great distance in Berlin is also just a couple minutes away.
I have been living here with 2 friends who recently moved out because they got their own place. I am aiming to have the same thing here at this place within the future, however the place is unnecessarily big and also the rent is too high for me at the moment. So i am hoping to share the whole place with someone who needs a mid-term place to stay. And by sharing i don't mean renting out one room but also sharing the living room, the extra study room and also the spacious kitchen. So you don't need to be the most social person and it's okay if you just want to chill at your room, but there is a lot of space in this place.
There is a chance that the rental period can be extended, but for now I have to limit it for 3 months (maybe 4), just so we have a clear aggrement to start with. Besides that i am open for any questions or concerns and would be happy to help with whatever i can.
