The bedroom is approximately 17 square meters, overlooking the side entrance to the Hebbel Theatre. The room has an original wooden floor, a Queen size bed, a wardrobe and a built in shelved wardrobe! Bed linen, toweling and a hair dryer is provided!
The living-room, is approximately 27 square meters, overlooking the Stresemannstraße. The room has an original star parquet floor, 1 large sideboard, 1 small side board, 1 dinner table, with two chairs and 1 coffee table, with two armchairs.
The bathroom consists of a vintage cast iron bath, with an attached hand shower.
The kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and pantry are common areas and shared between the main tenant and sub tenant.
Electricity, heating water, and internet is included in the rent.
