Subletting my 20 sqm room in 2 person flat share from March 11, 2023
The room is well cut, bright and spacious in WG with spacious kitchen n bathroom and comfortable place to live. The apartment is 3 mins walk away from Mehringdamm U bahn station.
The room is fully furnished and well suited for working from home. You can find all the basic amenities and on top of that, you can use all of my modern work from home or cooking equipment. Rent per month: 750€. Deposit: 1500€
- No anmeldung possible
- Only for a single person without pets
- Includes all basic amenities like king size bed, sofa, table, TV, bedding, towels etc
- On top of that, you can use my other equipment like 27" inch monitor, wirelss keyboard, laptop stand, standing desk, laptop table in bed, mixer-grinder, pressure cooker etc
- Strictly no smoking
- Paypal and Iban transfers are accepted
- Quiet flat share life with a Turkish student who speaks German and english. It is important that you respect his peace and privacy
- Minimum rental 3 months till 11th June, maximum 5 months till 11th August.
- We will sign a proper contract and you will need to submit your personal documents
- Viewing dates will be Tuesday 07.03 anytime during the day with the possibility of signing the contract and key handover on the spot
