Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Person, die in meinem schönen Altbau-Queendom wohnt, da ich für 3,5 Monate eine Reise nach Ägypten antrete. Mein Zimmer ist ein warmer und farbenfroher Raum, der speziell für Kunst- und Musikliebhaber gedacht ist. Es hat Yamaha Studiomonitore, Kawai Digitalpiano und eine inspirierende Atmosphäre. Es ist mit Tageslicht beleuchtet und manchmal spiegelt sich die Sonne in meinem Zimmer. Du würdest ein wunderschönes, sonniges Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche mit meiner liebevollen Mitbewohnerin teilen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, Parallelstraße zum Kanal und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden (M29, U1/U3 Görlitzer Bf). Insgesamt ist die Gegend sehr inspirierend und voll mit internationalen und multikulturellen Vibes. Der Görlitzer Park ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wir haben alle Arten von Geschäften, Supermärkten und netten Cafés in der Nähe.
Wir suchen jemanden, der Rücksicht auf unser Haus nimmt und es mit Respekt und Wertschätzung behandelt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig. Wir kümmern uns von ganzem Herzen um unseren Raum und wünschen uns eine friedliche und freundliche Energie, in der eine gesunde Kommunikation essentiell ist.
Das Zimmer ist vom 04. März bis Mitte Juni verfügbar. Termine sind verhandelbar. Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 500 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

Hello people!
I am looking for someone to live in my beautiful Altbau queendom, as I embark on a journey to Egypt for 3,5 months. My room is a warm and colorful space specially designed for art and music lovers. It has Yamaha studio monitors, Kawai digital piano and an inspirational atmosphere. It's filled with day light and sometimes the sun is reflected into my room, you would share a beautiful sunny living room, bathroom and kitchen with my loving roommate.
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg, parallel street to the Kanal and is well connected to public transportation (M29, U1/U3 Görlitzer Bf). Overall the area is very inspirational and full of international and multicultural vibes. Görlitzer Park is a 2 minute walking distance and we have all kinds of stores, supermarkets and cute cafes all around.
We are looking for someone who is considerate of our home, will treat it with respect and appreciation. Order and cleanliness is important. We wholeheartedly care about our space and wish to have a peaceful and friendly energy, where healthy communication is essential.
Room is available from 04.March till mid June. Dates are negotiable. Rent per month is 500 Euro with bills included.
