Einige von uns sind unterwegs und vermieten ihre schönen Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen WG. Eines schön helles Zimmer mit Ausblick zur Straße und eigenem Balkon. Das zweite direkt daneben ein wenig größer mit Hochbett und das dritte zum Hof mit kleinem Balkon. Die beiden zur Straße sind eher nicht für Geräusch empfindliche Leute geeignet.
Alle zimmer sind komplett möbliert allerdings nur ein Fach jeweils im schrank und eines ohne Schreibtisch siehe Bilder.
Unsere WG bietet den Komfort einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, einer Waschmaschine und ein cooles Wohnzimmer mit Beamer sowie 2 Bädern.
Der Preis ist pro Zimmer inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher etc. also auch ideal für Reisende.
Some of us are travelling and renting out their beautiful rooms in our cosy shared flat. One is a nice bright room with a view of the street and its own balcony. The second one right next door is a bit bigger with a bunk bed and the third one faces the courtyard and has a small balcony. The two rooms facing the street are not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.
All rooms are fully furnished but only one compartment in the wardrobe and one without a desk, see pictures.
Our flat share offers the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a cool living room with a projector as well as 2 bathrooms.
The price is per room including bed linen and towels etc., so it is also ideal for travellers.
Alt Treptow - Close to Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park. Good Connection via bus and s-bahn.
Im 3 Ländereck zwischen Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Nähe S-Bahnhof Treptower Park. Vor der Tür fahren 3 Buslinien und Ihr lauft ca. 10 min zum Görli, zum Paul-Linke-Ufer oder zum Treptower Park.
Eine schöne Ecke für Jogger :)
Wir sind ein werkelnder Funsportfreak (travelling), ein perfekter Schwiegersohn, eine Organisationswütige (travelling) mit Nachwuchs (travelling) und eine chillende weltverbesserin.
Wir Essen gerne aber nur bei Gelegenheit zusammen und nutzen unsere Couch in der Küche für gemeinsame Abende. Ansonsten sind wir alle mehr oder weniger beschäftigt.
Mal ist mehr los bei uns, mal weniger. Dank einer kleinen Joy ist es bunt geworden und gemeinsam auf der Liegewiese im Wohnzimmer auskomern und vor dem Beamer chillen zum Alltag.
Wenn du kochen kannst bist du auf jeden Fall schon mal willkommen, denn wir lieben es bekocht zu werden.
Seid mir nicht böse wenn ich nicht alle Mails beantworte, gebe mir allergrößte Mühe. (jaja sie hat sich stets bemüht...)
Am besten ist Ihr ruft kurz durch für die Zwischenmiete und kommt einfach auf ein Bierchen oder Kaffee vorbei solltet Ihr schon in der Stadt sein. Win Win für beide, Ihr wisst wer wir sind, seht wie toll unsere Wohnung ist und wir lernen euch gleich kennen und können mit wenig Zeitaufwand Feedback geben. :)
