Dear flat-seekers, We are looking for a quiet, clean, friendly roommate for a large room in a WG flatshare in the best neighbourhood in Berlin!
Room:
The beautiful, large room with white walls has its own balcony, wooden floors, large windows and is partially furnished. The room comes with a futon sofa (folds into a bed), desk, shelves, and lamps. The apartment is on the first floor, has a good sized kitchen with dishwasher, small but clean modern bathroom, and backyard to store bicycles.
Location:
Right in the heart of beautiful Kreuzberg. 5mins walking distance from transport Kottbusser Tor (U1 + U8) and Schönleinstrasse (U8). The Turkish markets at Maybachufer are only 2 minutes walk and are a great source for cheap fresh fruit and vegetables. There are many supermarkets in the area with Kaisers, Netto, Lidl and two Turkish supermarkets all within walking distance. There are plenty of Spätkauf nearby, as well and Apotheke and Rossmans. There many cool bars, cafes and endless places to eat nearby. You can walk directly through the hof and onto Admiralbrücke canal which is a great place to relax and meet friends in the summer months.
Flatshare type:
Share with 3 friendly, quiet roommates; Jessica, Dylan, Johanna. We are all busy with our own lives but enjoy cooking or drinking coffee together on occasion. We share the cleaning duties and each roommate is responsible for cleaning once every 4 weeks. This is not a party WG and we enjoy a relaxed and peaceful life together.
