I rent my full furnitured room from the 26.02.-09.04.2018. If you only want to move in, in the beginning of march, this is also possible.
A desk, a closet, plenty of room and a nice big bed give you a cozy and homy feeling.
We also have a washing machine, a bath tub and wifi..
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 26.02.- 09.04. 2018. Wenn du erst Anfang März einziehen möchtest, ist dies natürlich auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist 22 Quadratmeter groß. Aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt auf die Spree. Es ist mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch usw. ausgerüstet. Es ist schlicht aber gemütlich eingerichtet und eignet sich gut für einen längeren Berlinaufenthalt.
Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Internetanschluss sind auch vorhanden.
The flat is a 3 min. walk from the underground station Schlesisches Tor,which is located in Kreuzberg.
Kreuzberg is a multicultural district with lots of bar and cafes. A supermarket is 5 min away from our place. If you need some quiet time this is also possible as we have a big garden at the Spree (stretch of water).
Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Schlesischen Tor, direkt an der Spree. Der wunderschöne Hof liegt direkt am Ufer und die große Dachterrasse kann auch genutzt werden.
Rund um das Schlesische Tor befinden sich diverse Cafés, Bars, Clubs, Plattenläden, Bioläden usw.
Ein Supermarkt ist innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
We have a big kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
The kitchen offers enough space to cook together or just sit together.
You will be living with Lilo who finished her fashion design study and opened a restaurant/cafe about two years ago and another friend of ours.
The girls are very open minded, friendly and helpful. Lilo is working a lot und usually very busy so we are looking for more of a quiet lady. That shouldn't be a problem though because there are plenty of parties right around the corner :)
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sehr großen Essbereich und ein geräumiges Bad.
Durch den großen Küchen- und Essbereich ergibt sich ein sehr schönes WG-Leben. Du wirst mit Lilo, welche ihr Fashiondesign Studium abgeschlossen hat und vor knapp 2 Jahren ein Restaurant/Cafe eröffnet hat und einer anderen Freundin von uns, zusammenwohnen.
Beide sind sehr offen, freundlich und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten.Da sie jedoch gerade sehr beschäftigt sind suchen wir eher eine ruhige Zwischenmieterin, was kein Problem sein sollte da es viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke gibt.

Der Hof ist wie ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Hühnern, großer Grünfläche, Sandkasten und alles direkt an der Spree.
Außerdem kann die große Dachterrasse auch genutzt werden.
