Hallo, I am looking for someone to take my room whilst I go home for roughly four months over the winter (1st Nov-middle of March). The fully furnished room has two large windows which keep the room nice and light and look onto a small park out the back. The room is big enough so I have divided it into two areas for sleeping and for chilling, fully equipped with sofa, comfy armchair, desk and sound system. When you wake up in this room you will notice you are surrounded by tropical plants and fresh morning light. There is also a spare mattress under the bed and full extra bed sheets for you.
Located right in the heart of Kreuzberg, you can't really get more involved than here. Schlesischestrasse is always a hub of activity and everything from bars, restaurants, cafes, clubs, shopping and more are right on your doorstep. Beautiful Schlesi Bush is one direction and Görlitzer Park the other. In 2 minutes you are over the bridge to Friedrichshain. Although the building is in a busy area, the apartment is in the back house so you can hear nothing from the street, it is very quiet. The neighbours are fantastic and easy going too!
We are a total of 5 people living in this flat, a French girl, an American girl, a Colombian girl, a French American guy and then you! Sometimes we cook together and often we enjoy a drink or two together in the kitchen. We have a pretty good clean up after yourself mentality and keep a cleaning roster for the kitchen and bathroom. We are pretty chill with having friends over and like to play music in the kitchen and have a good time. None of us are vegan or vegetarian although we are fine with that too.
