short facts: you‘ll use your own bathroom. Very comfortable! ;) Super comfortable matress and the location is in a very good spot.
The room includes a bed, a huge desk, awesome internet, shelfs and a sideboard.
All standards included: washing mashine, fridge, freezer, dish washer, nice lights, nice clima and Standard Equipment like towels, sheets etc.
Be considerate with air conditioning after taking a shower, I expect that. The price inclused your heating costs and 50% of the common heating. If you heat more than average, I‘ll ask for the extra amount.
Internet costs and other taxes are already included.

Es gibt eine eigenes Badezimmer, eine super rückenschonende und komfortable Matratze in super Lage.
Die Wohnküche ist groß, ist an der Straße gelegen, aber es ist eine sehr ruhige Straße.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit grossem antikem Schreibtisch, einem Bett mit Kopfleiste, kleinen Schränken, einem Regal und einem Sideboard. Weiterhin sind Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und anderes nötiges Equipment vorhanden.
Die Kaution von 200€ Kaution bekommt ihr bar zurück, wenn nichts kaputt gegangen ist. Passiert normalerweise nicht. :) Vertrauensbasis.
Erzähl‘ mir bitte gern etwas von dir, siehe oben im englischen Text.

Der Bergmannkiez befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, normale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein großes Einkaufszentrum sind am Hermannplatz vorhanden, die Friedrichstraße beginnt direkt in der Nähe, der Verkehrsbereich ist beruhigt vor der Haustür ist beruhigt.
Parks: Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld, Kreuzberg, Blücherpark, Gleisdreieckpark, Urban Karnal Parkseite
U-bahn: U1, U6, U7
Die Lage ist sehr grün, ruhig und die Nebenstraßen sind bereits Szene- und Geschäftsstraßen.

The area of Bergmannstreet is pretty popular and super close. For daily shopping you'll have a lot near by and a huge center at Hermannplatz, Friedrichstraße directly begins there but the traffic close to the building of the flat is quiet.
Parks: Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld, Kreuzberg, Blücherpark, Gleisdreieckpark, Urban Canal park
Underground: U1, U6, U7
The area ist super green and super quiet in a popular neighbourhood, some call it 'Kiez'.
Museums, the City center and student areas are reachable within 10 mins.
There’s one person, 30, that lives in the back room and there’s two bathrooms so each person has a private bathroom. Some days she has a dog that she’s taking care of and it has to be fine.
Es gibt eine Person, 30 J., die im hinteren Zimmer wohnt und es gibt zwei Badezimmer, sodass jede Person ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Teilweise hat sie ihren Hund für einige Tage da.
