A cozy room that is fully-furnished with a double highbed (140x200 cm), a closet, and some small storage. It has a large window with a great view of the city and Gneisenaustraße. There is a lot of space for storage below the highbed and in the closet. The apartment is a renovated Altbau with beautiful old wooden floors and antique double-walled windows. The living room is large and comfortable to hang out in. Both the kitchen and toilet are renovated. The kitchen is well equipped for most home-cooking.
The apartment is 150m from the Gneisenaustraße Ubhf and 500m from Mehringdamm Ubhf. It connects well to the rest of Berlin (most places are within a 30-minute commute).
We are located in the Bergmannkiez and there are lots of supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants around... A short jog/cycle away are 3 parks -- Templehod, Viktoria & Hasenheide -- so nature is also just around the corner.
I am seeking a flatmate who is friendly and enjoys a peaceful environment. The flatmate should also be willing to share in the household chores and keep the apartment clean and neat. There is frequently a dog visitor so the flatmate should like dogs too.
The rent amount is inclusive of all costs, including electricity, heating, wifi, and miscellaneous household expenses. It is possible for the rent period to be extended beyond August.
