Ich suche für den Monat Mai eine*n Untermieter*in für ein gemütliches Zimmer zum Hof im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez.
Dein Zimmer ist ruhig und möbliert (Bett, Kommode, Schrank, Kleiderständer, Tisch, Stuhl) zum Hof und mit Morgensonne.
Es ist Teil einer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung mit sehr geräumiger, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Bad mit Badewanne, schönen Dielen und Stuck an der Decke (in der Küche).
Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der lebendigen und bunten Bergmannstraße, der vielseitigen Marheineken-Markthalle, netter Cafes, tollen Restaurants und einem Flohmarkt am Wochenende. Am idyllischen Chamissoplatzes gibt es einen Markt am Samstag in familiärer Atmosphäre und viele Parks sind fußläufig erreichbar: die Hasenheide, der Viktoriapark und das Tempelhofer Feld.
Ich möchte das Zimmer an eine nette und ruhige Person untervermieten, gerne mit Vorliebe zur vergetarischen Küche.
Ich selbst arbeite viel (daher bitte keine Partys etc.) und schätze einen entspannten, ruhigen und sauber gehaltenen Wohnraum!

I am subletting a cozy and beautiful room for the month of Mai in Berlin-Kreuzberg, in the beautiful area of the Bergmannstraße, a great and central but still quiet location!
The apartment is situated centrally in the beautiful Bergmann-Kiez (in Kreuzberg). You will live near many parks, lively streets, the Tempelhoferfeld and the famous Bergmannstreet with its many cafés, restaurants, bars, fleemarket and many great shopping possibilities. From Kreuzberg you can reach many other districts (such as Neukölln, Schöneberg, Mitte, Friedrichshain) easily and quickly. The flat is next to the sweet Chamissoplatz (with organic market on Saturday), in a quiet street with stunning old style buildings.
The room is approx. 12 m² big, is furnished (table, chair, dresser, cupboard, matress), windows towards the quiet backyard with morning sun.
I want to sublett the room to a kind and serene person, who likes vegetarian cuisine.
I myself work fulltime, so please no partys!! and I appreciate a relaxed, quiet and clean living space.
