Typisches Berliner Altbau-Zimmer mit hohen Decken, schönem Stuck und großer Fensterfront nach Süden, die tagsüber viel Licht reinlassen und dank Rollläden auch Dunkelheit bieten können. Das Zimmer geht zwar zur Straße raus, dank Doppelverglasung dringt aber kaum Lärm durch. Auf geräumigen 28qm gibt's viel Platz zum Abhängen oder Austoben!

Typical Berlin room with high and nicely decorated ceilings, big windows facing south which let in a lot of light, but thanks to the shades you can rest here in complete darkness aswell. The room is facing the street, but there's a medium amount of traffic and with windows closed you don't hear a thing. The room is quite spacious with 28sq, so a looot of space to chill or live it up!
Die Kreuzbergstraße ist die Verlängerung der Bergmannstraße, die ja hinlänglich für ihr breites Gastronomie-Angebot bekannt ist. Direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich der Eingang zum Viktoriapark und das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nicht weit weg. Unsere Wohnung ist fußläufig jeweils 5min vom UBhf Mehringdamm (U6, U7) sowie UBhf Platz-der-Luftbrücke (U6) entfernt, von wo man super schnell in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen kommt. Darüberhinaus sind die Bushaltestellen Kreuzberg/Wasserfall (140) und Bergmannstraße (N6) direkt um die Ecke.

Kreuzbergstraße is the extension of Bergmannstraße, which is pretty well known for the variety of restaurants and cafes. Straight across our appartment is the entrance to Viktoriapark and the Tempelhofer Feld is also nearby. The next ubahn stations are UBhf Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and UBhf Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) which you can reach in 5min by foot. Furthermore the bus stops Kreuzberg/Wasserfall (140) and Bergmannstraße (N6) are just around the corner.
Dich erwarten hier Viki (sorgt für Entertainment) und Micha (leistet seinen Beitrag für erschwingliches Qualitätsfernsehen). Beide im besten Alter so zwischen Mitte 20 und Anfang 30 :) Es geht hier grundsätzlich sehr harmonisch zu...ob beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Feierabend-Bier, Netflix-Abend oder Vorglühen für eine sich anschließende Club-Nacht. Wäre schön, wenn du dich dafür auch begeistern lassen kannst. Ebenso würden es alle sicherlich begrüßen, wenn du die vorgegebene Mindestpunktzahl bei unserer monatlichen Putz-Challenge erreichst :P
Zu viert kann man sich hier auf 152qm gut austoben. Mittelpunkt der WG ist die zentral gelegene 32qm-Wohnküche mit einem schön großen Holztisch, einer kleinen Sitzecke und allem was man so braucht: Gasherd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, großer Side-by-Side Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Crêpe-Maker. Außerdem gibt es sowohl ein Dusch- als auch ein Wannenbad und noch eine Räuberhöhle ;)

You'll meet here Viki (takes care of the entertainment) and Micha (contributes to affordable quality tv). Both of them in the prime of life in their mid 20s and early 30s :) The atmosphere is very harmonic...while cooking together, having a after-work beer, watching netflix oder having pre-drinks for night of clubbing. Would be great if you joined the one or the other. On top of that, it would be really appreciated if you reached the minimum score of our monthly cleaning challenge :P.
152sqm is quite some space for 4 people. At the center of the WG is the 32sqm living room / kitchen with a big wooden table, an additional seating area and everything else you need: gas stove, oven, dish washer, big side-by-side fridge, coffee machine, toaster and a crêpe maker. Furthermore we have 2 bathrooms (shower and tub) and a secret cave ;)
Die WG wird sich leider nach wunderschönen 5 Jahren Bestehen Ende November auflösen. Aus diesem Grund ist leider keine Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses über den 30.11.19 hinaus möglich.

The shared flat will unfortunately break up in November after 5 wonderful years of existence. For this reason, it's unfortunately not possible to extend your stay after the 30.11.19
