I am renting a big bright room in a 2-person flatshare in Kreuzberg. The apartment was completely renovated in the last year and features a brand new kitchen with all mod cons including: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven etc. Everything is clean and new.
The room big (20sqm) and bright (2 big windows) and is semi furnished (bed, table, wardrobe etc).
The rent includes all bills and utility costs.
Deposit: 1 months rent, paid in advance.
Renting to one person. No couples.

Ich bin ein großer heller Raum in einem 2-Personen-WG in Kreuzberg mieten. Die Wohnung wurde im letzten Jahr komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine neue Küche mit allem Komfort, einschließlich: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen usw. Alles ist sauber und neu.
Das Zimmer ist groß (20qm) und hell (2 große Fenster) und wird teilmöbliert (Bett, Tisch, Schrank, etc.).
Kaution: 1 Monatsmiete im Voraus bezahlt.
Vermietung an eine Person. Keine Paare.
If you like the urban life then this is the place for you! The flat is situated in a lively part of Kreuzberg, 5 mins walk from Kotbusser Tor with connections on the U1 & U8 & 140 bus. Oranienstrasse and Skalitzerstraße with all its bars and clubs are 5 minutes walk. Three supermarkets are within 5 minutes (Penny, Kaisers and LIDL), There is a late-opening spati and an LPG Biomarkt directly across the road. For a relaxing stroll the Landwehr canal is just 2 minutes walk away.
I am a 38 year old Irish man, recently arrived in Berlin. I am a clean, conscientious and respectful person. I believe in celebrating diversity. I've lived in many flatshares before and I am easy to live with. I try to live a full life, and enjoy music, food, drink, socialising, dancing, art, literature, history, crafting, vintage cars, film, culture, etc. etc. (I have a lot of interests.) I collect vinyl records and I love to play Afrobeat music, but also love 1950's, reggae, jazz, electronic, hiphop etc. I speak ein bisschen deutsch, but I hope to learn more.
I would expect that anyone living here would be clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. Cleaning and organising the flat are considered shared duties. Cooking and eating together would be nice but is not essential ;)
The landlord with require some documents (but I am flexible and if your situation is different then just explain it to me):

There is currently only a temporary internet connection. I will be installing broadband internet in the next month.
The deposit is one month's rent (€650) and will be paid before moving in.
