The room has an artistic flair, with stripped walls, a flying loftbed, a variety of plants, antique and self-built furniture.
It has 11qm and a cealing 3,60m high. The second level with the loftbed includes 4qm more.
The flat is on the 3rd level in the backyard of a building from 1890.
Die Wohnung liegt an einem der zentralsten Punkte der Stadt. Direkt am Mauerstreifen
liegt das Haus auf kreuzberger Seite zwischen Moritzplatz (U8, Oranienstraße), Spittelmarkt (U2, Fischerinsel)
und Checkpoint Charlie (U6, Friedrichstraße).
BioCompany, Alnatura, Aldi, Lidle, DM sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zum konsumieren befindet sich im Allgemeinen alles, was man sich nur wünschen könnte, in der Nähe.
Ob Business-Flair in Mitte oder Kiezflair in Kreuzberg '36 und '61 oder doch lieber Natur pur im Tiergarten, ist einem ganz selbst überlassen.
The apartment is on one of the most central points of the city. Next to the border strip it is located in Kreuzberg between Moritzplatz (U8, Oranienstraße), Spittelmarkt (U2, Fischerinsel) and Checkpoint Charlie (U6, Friedrichstraße).
BioCompany, Alnatura, Aldi, Lidle, DM are nearby. Actually anything one could want to consume is in the area.
Whether business-flair in Mitte, "Kiez-flair" in Kreuzberg '36, '61 or just nature in Tiergarten. It's all possible and up to you.
Wir sind eine Frauen-WG, bestehend aus einer Journalistin, einer Kulturwissenschaftlerin und angehenden Psychologin und einer Bankerin in spe. Unsere Herkunftsländer erstrecken sich über Kreuzberg, zu Bangladesh und Syrien. In diesem Monat sind zwei von uns ausgeflogen und wir suchen einen Menschen, welche*r tierfreundlich ist (wir haben einen freifliegenden Vogel), pflanzenaffin, selbstständig, weltoffen, sozial und tollerant ist und sei es für ein Praktikum, Urlaub oder als Zwischenstation einen Monat unsere Wohnung belebt. Wir nutzen die Wohnung als Rückzugsort und Ort zum Arbeiten. Parties sind also keine Möglichkeit bei uns. Wir haben eine geteilte Haushaltskasse und einen Putzplan und essen vegetarisch. Sauberkeit, Partizipation beim Putzen und sonstigen WG-Aufgaben, sowie die Lust und Fähigkeit zum Teilen sind Voraussetzung in unserer Gemeinschaft.
We are a women's household, consisting of a journalist, a cultural scientist and psychologist to be as well as a future banker. Our homelands reach from Kreuzberg, to Bangladesh and Syria. Two of us are travelling this month, so we look for a human being, which loves animals (we have a flying bird) and plants, is independent, open minded, social and tolerant and livens our house, whether for vacation, an internship or as a steppingstone. We use our flat to relax and work, so parties are no option. We share our expenses for food and cleaning supplies and have a cleaning roaster. Also, we eat vegetarian. Tideness, participation in cleaning and other WG-tasks as well as the will and capacity to share are required, because we are a living community.
We share a big Berlin style living room and a kitchen, cooking together or spending evenings with drinks and talks. We work a lot and use our home as a place to relax, recharge, think and work again.
