Hallo. Ich ziehe ab 1.12. mit meiner Freundin zusammen und die Wohnung wird zum 31.01.2021 aufgelöst.
Deswegen suchen wir ab jetzt (flexibel) jemand der für die restlichen 2 Monate (Dez/Jan) ein Zimmer zur Untermiete benötigt. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und möbliert. Möbel können jedoch auch weggeschafft werden solltest du Platz für eigene Möbel benötigen.
Wohnen sehr zentral am Mehringplatz/Hallesches Tor. Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer in die Friedrichstraße und auf den Fernsehturm. Blick vom Balkon über ganz Kreuzberg bis zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Mein Mitbewohner Jan studiert visuelle Medien an der UdK, kocht gerne und mag Bouldern/Yoga.
Er beschäftigt sich seit mehreren Monaten mit seinem Animationsfilm, für den er einerseits Modelle aus Ton entwirft um diese zu animieren andererseits arbeitet er auch viel am PC daran.
Wir haben beide ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch. Generell ist jedoch das Wohnzimmer/Küche mit Fensterfront und Balkon das Herzstück der Wohnung, in dem wir uns meist aufhalten. (15qm + 60qm)
Gesucht wird eine junge kreative Person, die die Lebensfreudig ist aber trotzdem klar kommt und einem geregelten Tagesablauf nachgeht. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch sehr gut um von zuhause zu arbeiten, da man durch die vielen Fenster und die Höhe trotz zuhause bleiben das Gefühl hat Teil der Stadt zu sein.

Hello. I will move in with my girlfriend from the 01.12. and the flat will be given back to the landlord at the end of january.
This is why we are looking for a roomate for the rest time of Dec/Jan. But starting date can be as of now (flexible).
The flat is furnished nur we can arrange that you bring your stuff.
The flat is very central at Hallesches Tor and you have a great view over whole Berlin because we are located in the 8th floor.
My roommate Jan is a cool, nice guy who studies visual arts at UdK. He likes cooking and Yoga/Bouldering.
He works on a animation film since a few months which inolves doing handmade pottery sculptures as well as working on the pc.
We both have our own rooms with a bed, desk and storage for clothes but most of the time we chill in our kitchen/living room because its beautiful with a lot of plants and all glass windows and a balcony. (15qm + 60qm)
We look for a young creative person that is fun but still knows how to live a regular life :)
Also the flat is great for working from home as you feel stillt part of the city because of the height and many windows.
