I am renting out my guestroom for a short/flexible period of time.

The room offers you a very quiet and relaxing sleep as even with the vivid location we are in the backyard and the feeling is like you are outside of the city, a very nice atmosphere.
The wonderful flat is totally new renovated in a charming well maintained old building, it has an underfloor heating system.
Ideally for someone who needs a temporary place in Berlin but can be extended.
On the price is everything included, you don’t have to worry about anything. Internet, energy, water, GEZ, heating
Located near to Hasenheide Park and Landwehr Canal, you will live surrounded by nature. There are also all the shops you need like Bio-Company, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Galleria Karstadt, Bauhaus, Conrad, Aldi just crossing the street, as well as the park. We have public transport U8/U7 just at the corner in 3 min. walk distance.
Surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurant, art and culture, international people and co-working places. We are close to Weserstraße with a lot of second-hand shops, pubs, and restaurants
About me.
I'm a Brazilian / Italian stylist, costume designer, and set designer, and would be nice to live with someone with the same interests in art, music, culture in general, etc. it's not mandatory but would be nice. I'd prefer someone who works or studies outside the house, (but we can talk about it), due I am working more from home at the moment. I am happy to have a glass of wine or tea with you sometimes, share food from time to time, but I respect and lovee the time we have on our own.
I am renting out my guestroom to one person only.
