The room is spacious with high ceiling.
There is a double bed, and clothes storage. The flat has a dishwasher / washing machine and all basic kitchen equipment. Since the room looks out onto the street you can hear the sound of life outside .
The area is nice and lively.
We have lots of plants around, so we would need someone to water them and give them love while we are away.
3 min walk to Hermanplatz or Schönleinstraße Ubahn, Spati, Restaurants and Kino, all in the building.
1 rooms is currently free in the flat. We are a couple ,one an artist the other a musician. I will be away most of the time.We are looking for someone reliable and chill. There is an office room between the two bedrooms and my partner works from home so can be a tiny bit noisy sometimes, that’s why we are looking for someone who doesn’t t work from home.
Also I have a ceramic oven at home , so maybe 2 times a months , when I have it on, it’s not possible to use the kitchen oven for the evening , because of the electricity breaker.
