The room for rent is located to the west, has ceilinghigh windows with thermal glazing, french balkonies and a high-quality parquett floor. The room is fully equipped with a pull-out bed (160cm), a coffee table, a carpet, a desk and desk chair, a big closet and a sideboard. The apartment has a built-in kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, a stove with oven and a nice sitting area. The generous bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin is tiled ceilinghigh and has a washing machine. A balcony with a cosy seating area is connected to the bathroom. Wifi and electricity are incl. The shared rooms kitchen and bathroom are beeing cleaned weekly. The cleaning service is also included.

Wir suchen unkomplizierte Nicht-Raucher, die studieren, in der Ausbildung oder berufstätig sind, die gerne in einer WG wohnen. Wir suchen Mitbewohner, die etwas langfristiges suchen (mind. drei Monate).
