ich suche ab 15.Dezember eine Mitbewohnerin in meiner schönen, sonnigen und hellen 74m2 Wohnung in Kreuzberg. Das Zimmer ist 23m2 groß, hat Zugang zum Balkon und wird unmöbiliert vermietet. In Preis sind alle Kosten u.a. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, und SCHNELLES Internet (100MBit!) inbegriffen, deshalb auch für Home-Office geeignet.
Wohnung
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung (Baujahr 1897) mit hohen Decken, großen Fenstern und abgezogenen Dielenboden. Die Küche und das Bad sind vollausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, usw.). Über ein schnelles Internet kannst Du Dich auch freuen:). Das Bad ist geräumig und hat Badewanne und Dusche. Der Keller ist trocken und kann auch genutzt werden.
Über mich - WG Leben
Ich bin beruflich in Bremen tätig, pendle aber regelmäßig zwischen Bremen und Berlin, da mein 7-jähriger Sohn in Berlin bei meiner Ex-Partnerin lebt. Er besucht mich hin und wieder mal am Wochenende. Ich bin eher ein ruhiger Mensch, möchte aber gerne viel lachen, kochen, schöne Filme gucken und Musik hören. Es wäre schön, wenn Du offen für WG-Leben bist, wo man auch mal was zusammen unternehmen kann, aber natürlich wird Deine Privatsphere geschätzt. Bitte aber kein Party-WG:)

I am looking for someone to share my lovely, sunny and bright flat (74m2) in Kreuzberg from 15.December. The room is 23m2, has access to a balcony (big enough) and will be rented out without furniture. Costs such as maintenance costs (Betriebskosten), electricity, gas and FAST Internet (100MBit!) are included in the total price, therefore, it is appropriate for home office work!
Flat
The flat is in an old, but furnished building from year 1897, with high ceilings, big windows and hardwood floors. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). You can be happy to also have a fast internet connection:) There is a plenty of room in the bathroom, which has a tab and a shower. You can also use the cellar to store things.
About myself - Community life
My work is in Bremen, but I commute regularly between Bremen and Berlin, because my son, who is 7 years old, lives in Berlin (at my Ex-partner's place). He visits me from time to time on a weekend. I'm a rather calm person, who loves to laugh, cook, listen to music and watch nice movies (and series:). It would be nice if you were open for a WG-life, where we could sometimes do something together, but of course your privacy will be respected. But, please no Party-WG:)

Lage
Die Wohnung ist hell und befindet sich nur 3 Gehminuten zum Kanal und 5 Minuten zum Bergmannkiez. 3 U-Bahn Linien (U7, U3/U1 und U6) sind ohne Probleme (in 5 Minuten) erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig, daher ist das Zimmer sehr gut für Berufstätige geeignet.
Position
The flat is sunny and bright and is only 3 minutes away from the Canal and 5 minutes away from the popular Bergmann area. 3 underground lines (U7, U3/U1 und U6) are reachable within 5 minutes. The area is rather quiet and so it is very convenient for someone who is working.
WG-Leben
Ich bin berufstätig in Bremen, pendle zwischen Berlin und Bremen und arbeite gerade von Zuhause in Berlin aus (wegen Corona). Es wäre schön, wenn Du offen für WG-Leben bist, wo man auch mal was zusammen unternehmen kann, aber natürlich wird Deine Privatsphere geschätzt.
Community life
My work is in Bremen, so I commute between Berlin and Bremen. Currently I'm working from my home in Berlin (due to Corona). It would be nice if you were open for a WG-life where we could sometimes do something together, but of course your privacy will be respected.
